چکیده
This experiment was conducted with fifteen genotypes of bread wheat introduced from ICARDA and two local varieties (Sham6 Abu-Graib3), using three rows spacing (15, 25 35 cm). All were grown in 7 December, 2017 at Field Crops farm (inside Mosul University) under rain fed conditions complementary irrigation, split plots randomized complete block design replications, for evaluation through constructing several selection indices calculation the expected gains grain yield. The analysis variance results studied traits (grain yield, plant height, number spikes, biological grains per spike, 1000-grain weight harvest index) showed that mean square highly significant spike 1000 weight. index constructed had high increase efficiency as compared direct indicate importance a based on combination characters. present study considered superior due to its highest efficiency. Using this revealed higher 109.961 genotype REYNA-12 difference over Abu-Graib3 is not others, followed by Sham6, ATTILA-7, PASTOR-2/BOCRO-2 HUBARA-5/3/SHA3/SERI//SHA4LLIRA. included study, Abu-Graib3) locates sequences 2 17 respectively.

Distribution of gluten proteins in bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) grain.
BACKGROUND AND AIMS Gluten proteins are the major storage protein fraction in the mature wheat grain. They are restricted to the starchy endosperm, which forms white flour on milling, and interact during grain development to form large polymers which form a continuous proteinaceous network when flour is mixed with water to give dough. This network confers viscosity and elasticity to the dough, ...
متن کاملEVALUATION OF YIELD AND SEED REQUIREMENTS STABILITY OF BREAD WHEAT(Triticum aestivum L.) VIA AMMI MODEL
High quality seed of wheat is the key to successful agriculture. Improvement and evaluation of agronomic traits have been the primary objective of breeders for many years under variable environments. The objective of the present research was to determine influence of genotype, environment and their interaction on yield and randman of seed as a seed quality represent and to evaluate stability th...
متن کاملGenetic Heritability for Grain Yield and Its Related Characters in Spring Wheat (triticum Aestivum L.)
Seven F3 progenies and their 8 parental lines of spring wheat were evaluated for some genetic parameters viz., coefficient of variability (Cv), genetic variance (Vg), heritability percentage (h %) and genetic advance (GA) in 7 quantitative characters (grain yield and its associated traits). Highly significant (p≤0.01) differences were observed for all the characters viz. plant height, number of...
متن کاملEffect of Salinity Stress on Grain Yield and Grain Quality in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Lines
The effects of salinity stress on grain quality traits of wheat were investigated using 180 lines of F5 generation in two environments (normal and salinity stress). A randomized complete block designs with three replications was used in each of the environments at the Research Farm of the Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station of Isfahan in 2019-2020 cropping season. Grain yield, p...

Proteomic approaches were applied in four grain developmental stages of the Chinese bread wheat Yunong 201 and its ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) mutant line Yunong 3114. 2-DE and tandem MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS analyzed proteome characteristics during middle and late grain development of the Chinese bread wheat Yunong 201 and its EMS mutant line Yunong 3114 with larger grain sizes. We identified 130 dif...
